The square is incorrect. It should be:

$1,234,567,900,987,654,321$

The mistake is not repeated under the section for $1,111,111,111$ itself, in which the square is given correctly.

In Curious and Interesting Numbers of $1986$, the number $1,111,111,111^2$ was again given incorrectly in Section $297$, but differently:
