Fuzzy Logic is a sub-category of multi-value logic specifically concerned with the study of real-world decision-making.

Historical Note

Fuzzy logic was proposed in $1965$ by Lotfi Aliasker Zadeh.

Fuzzy logic has been used, among other things, to control elevators, dishwashers and assembly line strategies in factories.
