Mistake
- ... in $1983$ a Japanese team of Yoshiaki Tamura and Tasumasa Kanada produced $16,777,216$ ($= 2^{24}$) places.
Tasumasa Kanada should read Yasumasa Kanada.
Some Internet sources present the name as Takahashi Kanada, but this appears to be a conflation of Yasumasa Kanada and Daisuke Takahashi.
