The small stellated dodecahedron is a Kepler-Poinsot polyhedron composed of $12$ pentagrammic faces with $5$ pentagrams meeting at each vertex.

Historical Note

The small stellated dodecahedron was discovered by Johannes Kepler, and later rediscovered by Louis Poinsot.
