Isn't this better put on its own, separate domain instead of being a full-fledged definition on an already not so small page? --Lord_Farin 20:38, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Probably. I've thought of a few arguments in favour and against, but I'm too tired to be able to elucidate them. I think it's fine as it is - the Cartesian Product page is not so big.
The important one to separate out is the Real Cartesian Space one, as that's the usual domain for results in applied mathematics - but there's already a few pages on that subject biffing around and it needs a co-ordinated approach (no pun intended) to sort it all out, but I'm not ready for that at the moment. It's a major task just getting the general results in place in the Family context. --prime mover 20:57, 12 July 2012 (UTC)
