Yes I agree that these should not be Hilbert spaces, I didn't set them up that way. I have been meaning to change them, I've already changed a lot of the definitions but haven't got around to this. I will do so tomorrow or shortly after. Caliburn (talk) 22:08, 28 May 2022 (UTC)

Historical note: Origin of this confusion is because the original work I started covering functional analysis with (Conway's "Course in FA") defines it on Hilbert spaces only, at least at the start. — Lord_Farin (talk) 05:39, 30 May 2022 (UTC)
