What's the difference between perpendicular and orthogonal? --prime mover 16:00, 20 March 2012 (EDT)

Primarily, orthogonal is defined even for zero vectors. But I would say that orthogonality is purely algebraic and perpendicular requires a geometrical interpretation of the vectors. --GFauxPas 16:32, 20 March 2012 (EDT)
