So what's the reason for this not being a redirect to Definition:Probability Measure? I've added an AKA there. — Lord_Farin (talk) 22:55, 13 December 2013 (UTC)

I had in mind an "elementary" level definition of "probability function" without the reader needing to dip a toe into the chilly waters of measure theory, but having gone back over that field I'm not sure if that's possible without repeating a lot of the groundwork unnecessarily.
