Removed the "Cardinals" category as this definition has nothing to do with cardinals. If you think it does, then please add whatever text to this page you think is needed to establish that connection. --prime mover (talk) 08:17, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

I have a feeling that a transclusion of subpages will be the desired setup. --Lord_Farin (talk) 08:27, 8 September 2012 (UTC)
I'm not convinced. This page discusses the object that is the set of all mappings and makes no inroads into the cardinality of such an object. While cardinal analysis may be an interesting way of interpreting numbers, and provides a way in to consideration of transfinite analysis, I would counsel against trying to associate more things than necessary with cardinals. --prime mover (talk) 10:17, 8 September 2012 (UTC)

The current solution for the set of all mappings is plainly ugly since the size of the $\{$ and $\}$ doesn't match. Solutions are manual sizing, or accepting suboptimal linking (the latter is how it was). --Lord_Farin (talk) 22:14, 17 November 2012 (UTC)

Are you really sure? I zoomed in the page as big as I could, then pressed "print screen" and moved the braces next to each other in Paint. They look exactly the same size on my computer. --abcxyz (talk) 22:23, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
I use local fonts, that probably causes the display difference. --Lord_Farin (talk) 22:26, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
My vote is for suboptimal linking. We have a link to "mapping" in the line above, so it's not too large a compromise. --prime mover (talk) 22:38, 17 November 2012 (UTC)
