Just out of curiosity, what does the text in other languages say? --cynic 16:26, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

JA: "oper edei deixai" = "quod erat demonstrandum" = QED. Jon Awbrey 17:58, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

Thanks. --cynic 22:39, 11 October 2008 (UTC)

Higher resolution?

Is there a version with a higher resolution, to be used in the math stackexchange promotion ads? (300 x 250 px, border 1px, or twice that) --barto (talk) 04:57, 22 October 2017 (EDT)

Interesting idea, but is $\mathsf{Pr} \infty \mathsf{fWiki}$ good enough to merit this level of exposure? --prime mover (talk) 05:31, 22 October 2017 (EDT)
Yess. --barto (talk) 05:43, 22 October 2017 (EDT)
Unfortunately when I made it in 2008 I didn't save a large version :(. I'll attempt to re-create it. --Joe (talk) 19:01, 22 October 2017 (EDT)
Any idea what font this is? --Joe (talk) 19:05, 22 October 2017 (EDT)
"Palatino Italic, artificially condensed" was the answer I got on a forum --barto (talk) 06:39, 24 October 2017 (EDT)
Okay, I attempted to re-create something similar to the current logo. Logo sized & Vector. Thoughts? --Joe (talk) 15:52, 24 October 2017 (EDT)
Good job! --prime mover (talk) 16:13, 24 October 2017 (EDT)
Nice! If you want to upload it at the Math.SE post I mentioned above, feel free. I could do it too, if you don't mind. The last time ProofWiki was advertised there was back in 2012, and it was very positively received. --barto (talk) 16:19, 24 October 2017 (EDT)
It's all yours! --Joe (talk) 16:21, 24 October 2017 (EDT)
Posted. The more votes it gets, the more often it will be advertised. --barto (talk) 09:21, 25 October 2017 (EDT)
