Definitely not in the page name itself, it screws up the dictionary. As to whether to add a "display" version of its citation, yes, I suppose we ought to do $0$ in $B$-Algebra is Left Cancellable Element etc. This keeps it consistent with the various separation axioms in Topology etc., where this is done rigorously. --prime mover 19:30, 23 July 2012 (UTC)

Typographic amendments like $0_B$ could be contemplated, but I suspect you seek something like 'Zero (B-Algebra)' instead; I expect that it will be hard to come up with a better name covering that it is only a right identity.
