I'm not sure about the recent change to "satisfying" rather than "where" because it makes the sentence read as though it were the neighborhood that satisfies $A^- \subseteq Y$ rather than $A$.

That's true, it could be read like that. I merely sought an alternative for "where" because it felt wrong and clumsy. Perhaps we should drop the one-line elegance and retain the rigour. --Lord_Farin (talk) 19:01, 26 November 2012 (UTC)
Changed it back to "where" again. It feels neither wrong nor clumsy to me, and (despite the fact that I'm a British national) I have facility with the English language. ;-) --prime mover (talk) 21:18, 26 November 2012 (UTC)
