I have the source I used here: (http://www.lmfdb.org/EllipticCurve/Q/288/a/2) but it is not a source listed on the Online Sources Page. I am unsure of what to do.

Don't worry about it. The site given is just one of many online resources which is very far from being a primary source. As and when we uncover where this may have been published first, or even published anywhere in hardcopy, we can add the citation at that point.

Okay I've put a template in place and invoked it as required. (The instructions on the LMFDB page are unclear as they are geared towards bibtex citations which we don't implement.) Note that the page in question does not give the specific proof that these are the lattice points, so I don't think there is a problem anyway. --prime mover (talk) 04:51, 18 July 2019 (EDT)
