Rename suggestion

It needs to be explained what is proven about a prime divisor of a cyclic polynomial. (We may want to add a part to the house rules to state that it be preferred -- but not mandatory, that would be too great a burden -- that a Theorem title be (linguistically and predicate-logically) a statement --- i.e. subject + predicate, rather than just a subject.)
