Mistake
- Scottish mathematician who, in his Geometrica organica (1720, Organic Geometry) and Treatise of Fluxions (1742) made a number of contributions to the newly developed calculus of Newton.
Correction
Geometrica organica is in fact Geometria Organica, not Geometrica.
This mistake can also occasionally be seen online, for example in MacTutor biography of Colin Maclaurin.
