Let $\mathbf A$ and $\mathbf B$ be square matrices over the complex numbers $\C$.
A conjunctive transformation is an operation of changing $\mathbf B$ to $\mathbf A$ by multiplying $\mathbf B$ by a non-singular matrix $\mathbf Y$ and its Hermitian conjugate $\mathbf Y^*$ such that:
- $\mathbf A = \mathbf Y^* \mathbf B \mathbf Y$
