Definition
Let $z \in \C$ be a complex number.
The inverse sine of $z$ is the multifunction defined as:
- $\sin^{-1} \paren z := \set {w \in \C: \sin \paren w = z}$
where $\sin \paren w$ is the sine of $w$.
