The (strictly incorrect) form limacon can be seen for limaçon , which makes transcription easier.
On $\mathsf{Pr} \infty \mathsf{fWiki}$, the term Pascal's snail may also be found, but this is decidedly non-standard.
The term Pascal's snail was invented by $\mathsf{Pr} \infty \mathsf{fWiki}$.
As such, it is not generally expected to be seen in this context outside $\mathsf{Pr} \infty \mathsf{fWiki}$.
