Definition

An infinite half-line is a line which terminates at an endpoint at one end, but has no such endpoint at the other.

Another term for an infinite half-line is a ray.

Some sources merely refer to it as a half-line, its infinitude being taken for granted.

Some sources do not hyphenate, and use the term half line.
