The angular speed of rotation $\alpha$ of the plane of oscillation of $P$ is given by:

$\alpha = \omega \sin \lambda$

where:

$\lambda$ denotes the latitude on Earth at which $P$ is located
$\omega$ denotes the angular speed of rotation of Earth.
