Historical Note
Galileo Galilei asked permission in $1630$ to write another book about the geocentric and heliocentric theories.
He received permission from Florence, but not from Rome.
However, he went ahead.
The inquisition banned it and Galileo was tried for heresy and sentenced to life imprisonment in the form of house arrest.
