The circular scale on an analogue clock is known as its dial.

Hour Point

Each of the $12$ numbered points on the dial of an analogue clock are known as its hour points.

Minute Point

Each of the $60$ un-numbered points on the dial of an analogue clock are known as its minute points.

It is usual for the hour points to be numbered, but for the minute points not to be.

Clocks whose raison d'ĂȘtre is primarily an artistic statement rather than as a means for knowing what time of day it is not only may not have numbered hour points, but also may not have minute points at all.
