Definition
Graph paper is paper with ruled lines on it corresponding to the coordinate axes of the coordinate system in which one is planning to construct the graph of a mapping, for example.

Cartesian
This is an example of the conventional graph paper used for presenting graphs on a Cartesian plane:
Polar
This is an example of the sort of graph paper that would be used for presenting graphs on a polar plane:
Logarithmic
This is an example of graph paper that can be used for presenting graphs of functions of the form $y = a x^n$:
