If you're going to make the unilateral decision to rename "unitary algebra" to "unital algebra", does it not also make sense to rename this as well? --prime mover (talk) 16:38, 21 October 2017 (EDT)

Ok. The name change was based on which names are used in the books I went trough, and how many hits I got on Wikipedia, Math SE and Mathoverflow for "unitary" vs "unital". Unital was used much more often, not even taking into account the fact that Unitary Lie-algebras do not count. As always, if someone knows a reason to do it the other way, this can be reconsidered. --barto (talk) 04:43, 24 October 2017 (EDT)
