Example of Simulation
A simulation is generally performed using a computer.
This may enable a manager to make rapid decisions as to how best to take advantage of likely effects of:
- different levels of investment
- changing manufacturing procedures
- altering levels of workforce
and so on, in order to optimize output and profit.
