Having read the discussion about naming pages, I would like some help in deciding what would be a good name for this page.

Missed that, sorry. How about:

(1) Chord Length of Regular Polygon

(2) Chord Length for Regular Polygon

(3) Chord Lengths for Regular Polygon

Not sure how to move the page. Help:Renaming Pages doesn't say how, just has a stub. Page information says that I should have the capability. I don't see a button like "Move" (Wikimedia help says that's their default method). The page has no links currently.

Indeed, you don't have the capability, as you have not achieved trusted user status.
