Talk:Finite Ring with No Proper Zero Divisors is Field

According to proofwiki's definition of fields, a field must have at least two elements, $0 \ne 1$.

So I suppose we have to assume that $R$ has at least two elements. Does anyone agree? --TheSpleen (talk) 23:34, 11 March 2014 (UTC)

Yep. I think it needs to be specified that $R$ has to be a non-null ring (in which case we can lose the first couple of lines of the proof). Well noticed. --prime mover (talk) 06:42, 12 March 2014 (UTC)
