Talk:Linearly Independent over the Rational Numbers iff Linearly Independent over the Integers

From ProofWiki

Two issues:

  1. I specifically did not link "lowest common multiple" because Definition:Lowest Common Multiple of Integers only applies two the L.C.M. of two integers.
You do of course have the option of adding any missing definitions. In fact, if there is a definition missing from work that you consider worth adding to ProofWiki, then you are politely requested either to add that definition, or add the redlink to the missing definition page.
  1. Someone (not me) categorized this as Category:Linear Algebra which I felt inappropriate. For the same reason, I have left Wholly Real Number and Wholly Imaginary Number are Linearly Independent over the Rationals uncategorized.
Leaving pages uncategorised is not how we do things round here. Again, while it is always interesting to post up and review new pages here, it is expected that the appropriate groundwork be established. As a fairly experienced contributor, who has several times expressed interest in doing some of the maintenance activities, you would be expected to take some of this work on. --prime mover (talk) 08:44, 27 December 2016 (EST)
