Talk:Rokhlin's Theorem (Intersection Forms)

I am calling this theorem Rokhlin's Theorem because in much of the literature, that is how it is referred. If somebody would like to switch this title with the weaker Rokhlin's Theorem on Bounded Manifolds and Induced Spin Structures, please bring it up here first.
