Spacing

I notice you adding \, to one of the pages to improve spacing. We've learned that in MathJax, \, doesn't actually do anything. So we've abandoned it and we're starting to use "backslash space" instead (particularly in those integral $\mathrm d x$ jobbies). No worries, just thought I'd mention it.
