Definition 1
The inclination between two intersecting planes is the smaller of the dihedral angles between them.
Definition 2
Let $\PP_1$ and $\PP_2$ be planes.
Let $\mathbf n_1$ and $\mathbf n_2$ be normal vectors to $\PP_1$ and $\PP_2$ respectively, oriented such that the angle $\theta$ between them is such that:
- $0 \le \theta \le \dfrac \pi 2$
that is:
- $0 \degrees \le \theta \le 90 \degrees$
The inclination between $\PP_1$ and $\PP_2$ is defined as that $\theta$.
