Definition

A polyhedral angle is a configuration in three-dimensional space such that $3$ or more half-lines meet at a common point such that the half-lines are the boundaries of planes.

Polyhedral angles are classified according to the number of edges they have.

Vertex

The vertex of a polyhedral angle is the common point at which the half-lines all meet.

Edge

Each of the half-lines that form a polyhedral angle is known as an edge of the polyhedral angle.

Face

Each of the planes bounded by the defining half-lines is known as a face of the polyhedral angle.

Face Angle

Each of the plane angles formed by a face and its bounding edges is known as a face angle of the polyhedral angle.
