Not sure how to source this, Rudin just says words to the effect of "define weak <topological property (open/closed/compact) or object (closure/interior)> in the obvious way" and is not spelt out like I will do here. Just add the citation to the main page as per normal. Once we find a more rigorous definition we can use that. There are plenty of partly-defined and in some cases not-really-defined-at-all-just-mentioned citations to various source works throughout $\mathsf{Pr} \infty \mathsf{fWiki}$.
