When did PW start dropping articles and other particles in titles?

There's no mention of it in the house style rules.

A few months ago, and I think it is in the style rules. (But I see it's not and that will need to be done.)

It makes the titles look neater and more compact.

OTOH we tend not to remove "is/are" etc. as they tend to make the title more understandable. --prime mover (talk) 22:19, 8 November 2012 (UTC)
